Shipping Times/Issues: 

Processing time is 1-2 weeks for U.S orders.

U.S shipping is 2-5 business days with a tracking number.

Any of the stated shipping times may be longer/delayed during holiday seasons/ due to COVID-19.

I am not responsible for any orders lost in the mail due to an insufficient address and will not issue a refund to the customer in those situations.

If an order is "returned to sender" due to insufficient address, the customer must pay the cost of shipping to have it sent back out.

Customer pickup: 

Customer pickup is only available on saturdays from 9-12pm on the corner of:

Shipping Rates:

Rates vary depending on the amount of items ordered and the destination.

Refunds/Returns/Exchange Policies: 

I accept returns ONLY if the item shipped to you was incorrect and I will need photographic proof (via email) of the mistake within 24 hours of the order being delivered. The item then must be shipped back to me within a week and the refund will be issued once I receive it. 

Items may also be swapped out in the situation above (ex. if a customer ordered a smiley face necklace in gold but received a silver necklace, it may be swapped out if it is sent back within a week)

I am not responsible for mistakes/damages done by the customer or postal service and will not issue refunds in either of those situations. 

Refunds will not be issued if the package is lost in the mail.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value and will not receive the refund. 

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. 

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
